Your privacy is important to me. I will not share your information including patient status, demographics, or personal information. I also want to acknowledge that we live in a small community - this means that if and when I see you out and about, I will not acknowledge you. Please understand I am not trying to be rude but rather respecting your privacy. If you want to say 'hi', please feel free - I love seeing everyone!
If you or your family members are feeling ill and/or you are quaranting due to possible CoVid exposure, please contact me to reschedule your appointment as soon as you are able to . Your cancellation fee will be waived and I will do my best to get you back on the schedule as soon as I am able.
Masks are recommended, although not required. My staff and I will be wearing masks to help keep everyone who walks through my office safe. I do keep high level air filters running to help circulate and purify the air throughout the day.
For safety and childcare reasons, if Gwinn OR Marquette schools close due to inclement weather I will also be closed. I also fully understand that the weather in the UP is not predictable or consistant throughout the area. If you are experiencing inclement weather and do not feel comfortable driving to the office, please let me know as soon as possible. Your cancellation fee will be waived.
I request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment for any reason. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. No show appointments will be charged the full rate of the appointment. Thank you for understanding.
I do not offer any refunds. All purchases are final. Packages are designed to be used in 6 months (Lake Superior and Sugarloaf packages) or 12 months (Flower package). In some unforseen circumstances, these packages can be extended or transfered. You must reach out to me prior to the expiration of your package, this will be taken care of on an individual basis.
One of my primary goals in life is to be present with the people that I am in the room with. This means, when I am with you - you are my priority; when I am at home - my family is my priority. For that reason, my phone is almost always on silent. If you remember something you need or want to communicate with me, feel free to text or call any time of night or day. I will get it when I am available to do so. Texting is typically the fastest way to get in touch with me, but know that I will check my voicemail when I am in the office and will return your call as soon as possible.
